When you request a quote or make a booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, and the delivery address for your event. If you pay us, our payment processor collects your payment details.

To quote your event, to schedule delivery and collection, to contact you about your booking, and to keep our own business records. Nothing else.

We do not see, handle or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which maintains its own security standards and privacy policy.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share only what's necessary with our payment processor, and with anyone we are legally required to share it with.

If you opt in, we may email or text you about availability and offers. Every message includes a way to stop, and stopping takes effect immediately.

We keep booking records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes, and then we delete them.

Ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact details below and we will handle it.

The site uses basic cookies to function and to understand general traffic patterns. Your browser can block them; parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
